Here at the Mick George Group we are currently recruiting a Office Administrator to join the team and offer administrative support to Senior Directors and their PA's, Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Management of highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Full and robust diary management.
  • Extensive Outlook Email management- consistently managing and prioritizing email traffic.
  • Attending to general internal & external queries & requests.
  • Assisting with meeting duties such as arranging refreshments, minute taking and follow up actions.
  • Photocopying, filing, archiving documents, answering telephone calls.
  • Organising travel and events.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Management of expenses, maintaining spreadsheets for banking, petty cash etc.
  • Any additional ad-hoc requests.

    The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, be able to multi-task and willing to learn all aspects of the role. We are seeking someone who can work independently and work well in a team in a busy fast paced environment., Computer literate- Good Excel, Word and Outlook are essential.
  • Extremely flexible nature is required to undertake a variety of tasks.
  • Have a keen eye for detail- low error rate.
  • Full UK Driving License is essential.
  • Ability to work under instruction and pressure whilst using own initiative where necessary.
  • Highly organised with polite and confident telephone manner.
  • Experience of working within an office environment would be advantageous
