You will enjoy a friendly and supportive working environment in the countryside of West Yorkshire. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. As an Administrator, you will be right at the heart of our client's operations, handling a diverse range of tasks to keep things ticking over smoothly. From managing emails and sorting files to printing and handling incoming calls, your role will be varied and crucial to local businesses success.

  • Previous experience in administrative roles
  • Proficiency with IT systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Key requirements of the Office Administrator:
  • Previous administration experience is preferable
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
