Full Job Description

You will be assisting the Office Manager to complete all administration and despatch duties at the site.

The role is varied and you will be:

Performing administrative duties (such as filing, scanning, answering the phone, post, faxing etc).
Data entry and filing.
Maintaining and organising stock lists and making orders for office supplies as needed.
Providing administrative support for any office and factory related issues to the Office Manager and site Management team
Monitoring the site diary, booking rooms for visitors and organising buffet/drinks.
Dealing with all deliveries at site, arranging for off-loading or directing them to the factory/despatch area
Covering for despatch & payroll during holidays, time off etc.
Taking minutes of various meetings as required
Handling of incoming calls and taking messages where necessary
Handling all written correspondence/mail effectively and processing of outgoing mail
Hours of Work: 7.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday

Experience in an administration role
Proactive and organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good IT Skills, especially word and excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
Able to work well under your own initiative
Desirable

Knowledge and experience of SAP systems
Awareness of IOSH
