Full Job Description

  • Accept and manage deliveries for PPE, Small Plant, and Safety Stores.

  • Provide operatives with PPE and tools.

  • Process yard orders for multiple locations.

  • Conduct weekly crosschecks for plant checklists and update inventory levels.

  • Assist with ordering special covers and raising purchase orders for equipment.

  • Track and scan signed-out plant/PPE items.

  • Support daily procurement tasks and cross-check commercial sheets.

  • Verify and sign off on invoices.

    Experience in inventory management and procurement.

  • Strong organizational and data entry skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities., GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

  • English (required)
