Full Job Description
- Accept and manage deliveries for PPE, Small Plant, and Safety Stores.
- Provide operatives with PPE and tools.
- Process yard orders for multiple locations.
- Conduct weekly crosschecks for plant checklists and update inventory levels.
- Assist with ordering special covers and raising purchase orders for equipment.
- Track and scan signed-out plant/PPE items.
- Support daily procurement tasks and cross-check commercial sheets.
- Verify and sign off on invoices.
Experience in inventory management and procurement. - Strong organizational and data entry skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities., GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- English (required)
