We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations., Conduct various clerical tasks including data entry and maintaining office files.
- Assist in answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and organising meetings.
- Utilise Google Suite and QuickBooks for office-related functions.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Proficient in data entry and clerical duties.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of word and excel for financial record keeping.
- Strong organisational skills to manage office tasks efficiently.

- Previous experience with computerised systems for office management.
