Full Job Description

Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases
- Provide administrative support to the office, such as filing documents and organizing paperwork
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Utilize computerized systems and software to complete tasks efficiently

Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-structured office environment
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Typing speed and accuracy for efficient document processing
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping
- Knowledge of Google Suite for creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Ability to perform various clerical duties effectively
