Full Job Description
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings; coordinate calendars.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of office events and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. - Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
