Full Job Description

We are looking to appoint an Office Assistant to join our busy team of staff that are committed to supporting our college. The successful candidates will need to be efficient, customer-focused and able to work accurately, by providing general administrative support to the whole college community. They will also support the provision of a friendly and efficient reception service for the College as and when required and provide back-up first aid.

The hours of work will be part-time, 25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year plus 5 staff training days, Monday to Friday, 11.30 am to 4.30 pm.

The pay band for the role is Scale 3 (Point 5 to 6), and the actual salary for the role will be £13,612.65 to £13,840.30 (under 5 years continuous service) and £13,795.37 to £14,026.07 (over 5 years continuous service).
