Office Cleaner (Part-Time - Flexible Hours)

PGM Carpentry Contractors Ltd are seeking a reliable and proficient cleaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the single floor office and communal areas. While there is a preference for beginning or end of day hours, this is a flexible working role where the weekday and start time can be arranged to suite the applicant's personal or professional commitments.

• Details of the role:


• General dusting, mopping and vacuuming of floors


• Clean/polish windows and mirrors


• Clean and sanitise kitchen sink and surfaces


• Clean and sanitise restrooms


• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately


• Follow cleaning rotation schedules and safe working procedures


• Report any visible maintenance or repair needs


• Cleaning equipment provided
  
  Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks


• Ability to work independently and efficiently


• Good time management skills


• No criminal convictions (background checks will be carried out)


Experience:

• Prior experience as professional cleaner preferred but not essential.


• Minimum of household cleaning experience required.
