Full Job Description

Our Office IT team provide various levels of governance and service but primarily they have the accountability for ensuring the tools provided to internal and external system users are fit for purpose, delivered within their Service Level Agreements and over the top demand delivery meets the customer requirement.

  • You will provide high quality and professional support service to the internal and external system users with any Office IT related questions/queries & support they may require.

  • You will be providing second line support to the internal and external system users via ticket system.

  • You will be supporting new joiners into the business with initial laptop set up.

  • You will manage the recovery of all returned devices and ensure accurate asset records are kept.

  • You will perform hardware recycling activities and also build / distribute devices.

    You will have previous experience in Microsoft operating systems.

  • You will demonstrate knowledge in laptop / desktop hardware maintenance (preferably Lenovo or Dell).

  • You will showcase great customer service skills and want to make a difference to our end users.

  • You will be able to communicate with a range of internal stakeholders via different means of communications such as face to face or email support.

  • You will have a good attention to detail.
