Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Breast Screening Admin Office. Oxfordshire Breast Screening is responsible for sending invitations to 30K clients per year. The office lead will ensure all invitations and results are sent in a timely manner and will lead a team of 5 ensuring all daily tasks are completed.,
- Leading the admin office on a daily basis.
- Training new members of staff
- Ensuring all results are sent
- Ensuring all invitations are sent
- Writing WI under the guidance of the Programme Manager
- Answering more complex queries
- Leading the team with calls and emails., To be responsible for the daily management of tasks for the Screening Office, to ensure a high standard of service and to meet NHSBP national and local targets. To provide guidance and supervision to the screening office administrative staff. To provide expertise in all office duties and administrative process. To do daily checks on NBSS and BS Select To assist the Programme/Deputy managers as requested., The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
