We are looking to appoint a highly effective, energetic, experienced Office Manager who has the confidence and ability to be the key person in our busy school office.

  • An enthusiastic and approachable team player with excellent people skills.

  • A highly effective communicator, with the ability to develop effective relationships.

  • A bright, proactive, well-organised and committed individual with effective written and oral communication skills.

  • Experienced in dealing with all aspects of school administration, health and safety and estate management Someone with solid IT skills including experience of all Microsoft Office products

    Hales Valley Multi Academy Trust is a primary academy trust, based in Dudley, West Midlands. We currently consist of seven very different primary schools, ensuring that our Trust is a diverse and exciting place to work and learn.

    You will be appointed on Grade 6, working 37 hours per week. You will be employed on a permanent contract working 40 weeks per year. Actual salary range £23,600 to £26,166 per annum.,
