Full Job Description

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our London office on Ganton Street, Soho! As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in providing administrative support and overseeing office operations. This position allows for autonomy, giving you the freedom to make it your own while working independently. You'll also be part of a supportive Office Manager community, where you can exchange best practices and insights with peers. We are looking for a skilled professional that has the experience and ability to carry out administrative duties and can manage the running of the office.

  • Working knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures and systems;
  • Fully proficient in all Microsoft packages - including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Experience of managing an office.
  • Experience of diary management, organising meetings and travel;
  • Experience of Planning software, billing and invoice systems would be advantageous but not essential;
  • Excellent communication skills, grammatical comprehension and interpersonal capabilities;
  • Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills to be able to meet tight deadlines and in a timely manner;
  • Ability to use own initiative to work independently and collaboratively as a team; and
  • Flexible and professional approach to work;
