Full Job Description

The Board of Directors, in partnership with the Archdiocese of Birmingham and the Local Governing Body are seeking to appoint a senior office manager to join our dedicated and friendly team. A practising Catholic is preferred but applications are welcome from those who are sympathetic to the teachings of the Catholic Church. We are looking for an individual who will share the school's ambition for all pupils to achieve their full potential both academically and personally. The Rosary Catholic School is a popular school with enthusiastic, well-motivated and hardworking staff and pupils. Staff are proud to work at the school. They feel well supported by leaders who consider their well-being and workload. (Ofsted March 2024). We are a two- form entry school with Nursery provision serving the Alum Rock, Saltley and Bordesley Green area of Birmingham. The successful candidates will, not only be part of the Rosary family, but will also have supportive and inspiring colleagues across the St Teresa of Calcutta MAC, as well as access to a range of CPD and career development opportunities. The successful applicants will:

  • facilitate the requirements of staff and pupils in the day-to-day management of the school
