Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent, term time only (40 weeks per year) term time plus 5 CPD days plus one additional week

Grade: H8

Full-time equivalent salary: From £32,076 per annum including London Fringe

Actual salary: £28,421 per annum

The Trust is now looking to appoint an Office Manager for our main school office providing essential support to all staff in administrative matters. The role will be varied, and at times fast paced, enabling the successful candidate to develop skills and specialisms with software, data and legislation regulations relating to schools. ICT experience is essential but specific training will be given for specialist school software. The role is integral to the daily smooth operation of the school and will provide a hardworking and ambitious individual with great opportunities for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will be a hardworking and motivated individual who will ensure there are efficient administrative systems in the office that deliver a high-quality service to the school community and meet key deadlines. They will have a can-do positive attitude, being able to juggle conflicting demands and still keep smiling. The office is the main point of contact for all telephone enquiries to the school and visitors to main reception, as well as the administrative hub of the school.
