Full Job Description

Here at Serco London Cycle Hire Scheme, we are seeking a Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to the smooth day-to-day operations and providing high-level support to our leadership team. Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Senior Management team, this includes managing schedules, booking meetings, and preparing high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Review and proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting, ensuring all communications and reports are of the highest standard.
  • Manage and update our local SharePoint site (training provided), ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Organise staff events.
  • Act as a point of contact for visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the office is fully stocked with supplies and all resources are available for the team.

    Are you passionate about urban transport and ready to take the next step in your administrative career?, Ideally you will have worked within a Business Support, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong writing skills for clear and professional reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Keen eye for detail, high accuracy in managing documents and ensuring correctness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with SharePoint, and a quick learner with new software.
  • Strong organisational skills for handling multiple tasks with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
