Full Job Description

The London Pathways Partnership (LPP) is seeking to recruit an Office Manager and project support for a 12-month fixed term contract or secondment. This exciting and fast paced role will support the management of the Holyrood site including opening and closing the building from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday as well as providing project support across the LPP where required.,

  • Administrative tasks.
  • Project support.
  • Data analysis.
  • System administration.
  • Quality Improvement support., Be responsible for the day to day management of the premises, including but not limited to, overseeing building policies and protocols, health and safety, office and equipment maintenance, security, risk assessment in role of risk assessor, fire safety in the role of fire officer.
  • To be responsible for opening and closing the premises in the mornings and evenings Monday-Friday.
  • To coordinate room bookings and manage the room booking system.
  • To be accountable for the ordering of stock and non-stock, including office stationery, equipment and supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Administration tasks across LPP community services as listed below.
  • To provide project management and support for wider London and National OPD projects, this would include assimilating responses, identifying themes, and summarising recommendations and conclusions.
