Full Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager. In this role, you'll be based at Wycombe Abbey, providing vital support to our dedicated catering staff., Daily Tasks List:

  • Daily digital marketing
  • Management of requestions and delivery
  • Entry of purchase invoices into day-books software including approval of digital invoices
  • Stock control, ordering, checking
  • Weekly Tasks:
  • close weekly books
  • Debt analysis and report
  • Future business analysis and sense check
  • Weekly paperwork submission to central office
  • Developing sales and marketing plans
  • 40 Hours contract - Salary 28K

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry
  • Ability to work independently, Would Likes:
  • Accounting experience
  • Marketing experience
