The Office Operations Associate role is a part-time (20 hours a week) 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) and is to be based in our London office. What you'll do:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of our office
  • Manage vendor relations and invoices
  • Responsible for tracking, purchasing and maintaining office supplies
  • Oversee and manage Office fit outs and provide administration assistance
  • Liaise with Building maintenance and work closely with the building maintenance team to resolve and dissolve facility issues.
  • Organize and execute internal events.
  • Responsible for a balanced, neat and organised office environment
  • Help manage and oversee SEONS internal IT equipment
  • Other administrative tasks as and when required.

    You'll have excellent time management skills and enjoy effectively prioritising workloads and multitasking
  • Resourceful and proactive, resolving issues as they arise
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced English, both verbal and written.
  • End-to-end experience overseeing office environments
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems preferred
