The Office Operations Associate role is a part-time (20 hours a week) 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) and is to be based in our London office. What you'll do:
- Support the day-to-day operations of our office
- Manage vendor relations and invoices
- Responsible for tracking, purchasing and maintaining office supplies
- Oversee and manage Office fit outs and provide administration assistance
- Liaise with Building maintenance and work closely with the building maintenance team to resolve and dissolve facility issues.
- Organize and execute internal events.
- Responsible for a balanced, neat and organised office environment
- Help manage and oversee SEONS internal IT equipment
- Other administrative tasks as and when required.
You'll have excellent time management skills and enjoy effectively prioritising workloads and multitasking - Resourceful and proactive, resolving issues as they arise
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English, both verbal and written.
- End-to-end experience overseeing office environments
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems preferred
