On Premise Graduate (18 Month Program)

The On Premise Graduate role is to assist in creating, developing & delivering industry leading concepts that step change the brand awareness and sales volume within the channel. All activities & projects will be focused on bringing to life the brand at key consumer moments by developing effective relationships internally and externally and working collaboratively to deliver On Premise strategic goals across all parts of the channel. Time will be equally split into 3 rotations - On Premise Marketing, National On Premise and Musketeering (field sales). RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Support and deliver on premise projects across the channel working in on Trade Marketing, Consumer Events and Research & Insight.
Support the Trade Marketing Team in reporting and analysis of the On Premise Business Plan 2024 deliverables. Work cross functionally with the OPM team and the wider On Premise team in order to support in the delivery of volume and profit plan. Development and implementation of marketing activities across the channel working with sales team to identify new opportunities creating tailored plans for key customers. Execution of our marketing concepts and tools across key venues, events and festivals.
• Support & assist in the delivery of the On Premise Sales strategy & objectives - working on Customer insight to action, consumer & industry event and tool activation and Customer engagement, with a particular customer focus on QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)? and Catering.
Insight to action: Support relevant National Account Executives and Managers in development & collation of key insight presentations, profit stories & case studies for Customers Tool & Event activation: Support Customer sell-in & outlet activation for consumption tools as a means to sell more Red Bull cans Customer/staff engagement: assist in the delivery of staff engagement initiatives
• Practice & develop the "Art of Musketeering" in the field.
Integrate yourself into the nightlife scene, identify and increase our distribution in key On Premise hotspots. Work out in the field to explore new ways of recruiting consumers whilst retaining our loyal consumers via innovative drink solutions. Find: New hotspots to distribute Red Bull Recruit: New consumers to our product via execution of innovative marketing solutions Evaluate: The impact of our tools and concepts implemented in the field


• History of working in On Premise environment - bar tender/DJ etc
• An appreciation that the On Premise comes alive at night and therefore evening work is part and parcel of the role
• Organised.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Enjoyment of social environments.
• A collaborative team player with a positive can-do attitude.
• Proficient in Powerpoint / Excel / Word.
• Valid UK Driving License - Willingness to travel across the UK 2-4 times per month
• Travel 50-60%
