  • Onboarding Administrator - Fixed Term Contract, An exciting opportunity within head office to join our dynamic, Recruitment/HR team to provide professional and efficient administration support, manage the end to end on boarding process and liaise with hiring managers and candidates., Support the team with on-boarding and cross-checking new candidate documentation (pre-employment checks) using an Application Tracking System.
  • Implement new staff systems set up and provide support with access to all Nouvita in house systems.
  • Report on Right to Work expiration, DBS renewals and annual professional qualification checks.
  • Support with managing annual HR audits and compliance and advising of gaps found.
  • Arrange the relevant training and e learning modules required prior to applicant commencing employment.
  • Collecting payroll information and liaising with finance team
  • Respond to reference requests.
  • Off boarding of staff
  • Uploading documents onto HR system

    Ideally 2 years' experience working in an office environment.
  • Previous onboarding experience preferably within healthcare/social care sector
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and get the job done.
  • Good general education - verbal and written communication, and numeracy skills.
  • Approachable, enthusiastic and a good people person.
  • Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Applications. (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Suite).
  • Able to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines.
  • Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide high standards of service.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of prioritising competing demands

    Nouvita Healthcare is the leading independent residential and in-patient mental health services provider in Hertfordshire. Employing over 400 people with a hospital and nine care homes and supported living units, we continue to grow to meet the increasing demand for a range of mental health services on a nationwide basis. This growth means we are now looking for some talented people to join our team at Head Office.

    Duration: 3 months (January, February, March 2025) however maybe extended
  • Hours: 9am to 5pm - Part time (minimum of 22.5 hours) or Full Time available. Benefits:
