Full Job Description
As an Onboarding Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in guiding new employees through their onboarding journey. This will include sending offers and contracts, compliance checks, inputting personal data onto HR Systems whilst guaranteeing a seamless and positive experience for all new hires. You'll track the status of all new starters and chase any outstanding documentation as needed, ensuring that proposed start dates are met, and you'll keep the hiring managers informed on the onboarding status of their new starters. You'll be responsible for:
- end-to-end onboarding for all new starters.
- managing any onboarding queries.
- escalating any issues relating to the offer or screening process.
- creating new starters on our HR system Workday.
- liaising with the Technology team to ensure they have the relevant information to get equipment & systems set up.
- contributing to process improvement projects. Working arrangements This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office. At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

- have previous experience supporting a team and working within a fast-paced team.
