Full Job Description

As an Onboarding Specialist you will advocate adoption of Lexis Nexis products and services to drive retention and improve NPS scores. You will build trusted client relationships and provide high quality support to new customers, and encourage new users to increase their overall usage and derive maximum value from their investment.,

  • Delivering high quality onboarding plans to drive usage and adoption of LN products.
  • Working with key contacts at new accounts to roll out onboarding programme to ensure their users get the best from their investment.
  • Managing and coordinating new customer onboarding activities, acting as the primary contact for all customer onboarding queries.
  • Prioritising your time and diary effectively to ensure you meet set weekly and monthly KPI's.
  • Working cross functionally with account managers and customer success teams to provide a great customer journey.
  • Delivering superior client services by going above and beyond to ensure positive customer experiences.
