Oncology Pharmacist

Role: Private Hybrid Office-Based Prescribing(Hybrid role 3 days in office/ 2 days at home) Monday - Friday (flexible hours), We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join our private clients team in Harlow, Essex, on a permanent basis. This role involves working in a private office setting, focusing on prescribing and providing expert pharmaceutical care., + Conduct patient consultations and manage medication therapy.
+ Prescribe medications in accordance with clinical guidelines.
+ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
+ Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

+ BOPA passport and be SACT trained
+ Must be a registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
+ Proven experience in a oncology setting, preferably with prescribing responsibilities.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
