One to One Support - Early Years Practitioner Level 2

Just like our children, our waiting lists are growing! In each of our 16 settings we create experiences that are special, unique and child focused. Our staff are specially selected for their loving and caring nature, as well as their expertise. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz we take extra care to make sure those needs are met. We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 2 qualified Early Years Practitioner to support a small group of children with communication and interaction needs. The core hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm (up to 36 hours) with some flexibility in working times so long as you are able to work 5 days per week term time only.

A typical day in the role will include;

To directly support children with special educational needs

To provide high quality education caring for children in partnership with their parents

To be part of a multi-disciplinary team in an integrated nursery provision
