We are seeking a One-to-One Teaching Assistant to join our team of expert educators. As the One-to-One Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support for pupils, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. About the Role and You Contract Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30pm and 4:30 pm. Salary: Dependent on experience Start Date: Immediate start available Your main responsibilities will include working closely with your dedicated class teacher and the school SENCo to support our students. Your role is essential in ensuring pupil's progress, well-being, and social development on a one-to-one basis. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who has:

  • A minimum of two years' experience working one-to-one with SEN pupils.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to working with children with diverse learning needs.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
