Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant for our Prep School to provide one to one support for an individual pupil within the classroom environment.

Day to day tasks include supporting and running interventions for the pupil in line with their individual targets and being involved in the planning and preparation of day-to-day class activities.

This post is a varied and busy role and will require someone who is motivated to provide a fun and stimulating environment for the child. Ideally you will have a Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning and be familiar with the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum. Experience of working with children with special educational needs or learning difference would be an advantage, in particular dyslexia support.

Hours: Part time (8.25 am to 12.15 pm Monday to Friday), term time only

This role is fixed term to December 2024 in the first instance, with the possibility of continuing until the end of the academic year.
