Online Assistant

The purpose of this role is to maximise income for the charity from the online hub working with the Retail & Trading (R&T) Operations department at Bainbridge House. You will contribute to online growth and development through effective working practices to ensure the continued success of online sales. This will be achieved with donated stock through recognised online sales channels, our charity website and Christmas leaflet.

You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:

- Maintaining site presence and all its resourcing in accordance with
the guidance provided by senior management, ensuring online listing
targets are maintained.
- Focusing on online sales of all donated and new goods.
- Build good relationships with all R&T Head Office volunteers and
provide support as required.
- Providing excellent customer service, to existing and potentially new
supporters, through email enquiries and phone conversations,
ensuring all correspondence is responded to in a timely manner to
achieve a positive feedback rating.
- Ensuring all processes are operated efficiently from sourcing,
photography, listing, through to shipment.
- Support the picking and processing system associated with
Christmas mailer and website generated sales.
- Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador, actively demonstrating
our values with staff, volunteers, customers, and the community.

If successful, you'll join on the first working Monday of the month so we can best support you with our structured induction programme.
