Full Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Online Concessions Coordinator to join Harrods, who will be at the core of the day-to-day functions of an iconic luxury e-tailing site., The Online Concession Coordinator will manage the product enrichment for our Online Concession and E-Concession partners, working through close liaison with Fashion and Fine Jewellery Brands. As an Online Concession Coordinator, you will accountable for checking and processing the range assortment for brands on a regular basis through our 3 production process models: vendor imagery, scheduling collections, and stock transfer orders. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders such as Studio, Online Trading Teams, Buying, Product Data Teams and Distribution Teams to effectively ensure the process is seamless. By overseeing the enrichment process, you will be responsible and proactively monitoring the status of products within the production workflow to ensure that products are live on site in a timely manner.

A highly organised individual with an excellent eye for detail and a proven ability to work to stringent deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. You are somebody that is able to identify problems and demonstrate a use of initiative to implement appropriate solutions. You will also:

  • Have excellent verbal communication and written skills specifically in regards to building relationships with brands and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Be highly organised with excellent time management skills and precise attention to detail.
  • Hold ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
  • Have flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Intermediate experience using MS Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using SAP Retail would be desirable, but not essential
