Full Job Description

The role of the Online Education Developer reports into the Technical Content Manager, working across all education team supporting in team development in online. You will be responsible for establishing new online training content, ensuring all content is inspirational and desirable to the hairdresser. You will use a collaborative approach, striving towards mutually beneficial outcomes. You will be accountable for the creation of online content and activation of all online content building a strategic plan to grow the brand sales through inspirational and technical content.

  • Support the Technical Content Manager with the organising and production of content shoots. Including, model casting, coordination of venues, agencies, and schedules.
  • Direct and edit education content from education shoots and social media shoots.
  • Creating content to support E-learnings, including videos, images, text, or ideas.
  • Help support Access site updates with education support team and with Access Manager
  • Ensuring there is model and hair type diversity in content created, and diversity in UK/Ireland professionals featured.
  • Coaching and developing wider education team on content creation and digital skill sets, insuring talent pipe is being developed.
  • Innovating new education content ideas and identifying opportunities
  • Creating Access and Social Content (running, editing, publishing) - both manually and with agencies
  • Help support site updates with education support team and with Access Manager Reporting on content and Access performance: social, courses, e-learning, tutorials, google analytics.
  • Develop on-going access content and DMI content.

    You will have strong education acumen with in-depth understand in our access platform in addition to being creative with a proven ability of driving your ideas forward.,
  • Strong technical and education ability.
