Community Chat is a fun, engaging and rewarding place for our Players. We seek to enhance a Player's overall experience through offering unique, tailored promotions, community games and live video shows, whilst continually providing support, answering general queries, and addressing responsible gambling concerns. As one of our Chat Hosts, you will be the first point of contact for our Players, hosting on our award-winning multi-brands, including Double Bubble Bingo, Virgin Games and JackpotJoy. Our community rooms provide players with that all-important break from gaming, whilst being truly entertained and engaged through the art of typing. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring all chat guidelines are adhered to and you will need a keen eye to identify any potential gambling concernsSo, what will you be doing?

  • Entertaining and engaging players on our in-game community chats to enhance their experience. Engaging with a wide range of people, offering an enjoyable experience & first line support.
  • Taking responsibility and ownership of our players entertainment by creating your own unique in chat promotions. Thinking of innovative ways to drive engagement and contribute towards reaching departmental KPI's.
  • Safeguarding players and adhering to compliance processes to ensure we are protecting the players and business
  • Communicating effectively with players, colleagues, and management teams to deliver both personal and business objectives.
  • Keeping up to date with our product offerings, promotions and industry regulations.
  • Being resilient & adaptable when faced with objections and being able to overcome them positively.
  • Treating each player as an individual, building rapport and maintaining great relationships with our players.

    Be 18 years of age or older, to meet legal obligations.
  • Have an awareness of online gaming.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and have experience in a customer focused role.
  • Have excellent communication skills including good typing and grammatical skills.
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to meet personal and business objectives.
  • Be computer literate and internet savvy, able to research and source content.

    Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, between 6:30am-00:30am Monday-Sunday Salary: £23,400 (plus a 35% hourly uplift for unsociable hours!)
