We're looking for an Online Marketplace Assistant to join Cancer Research UK's Online Marketplace team in the Romford Online Marketplace Hub and Centre of Excellence. This will be an interesting and active role as part of a supportive and diverse team where you'll discover something new every day, whether it's a new treasure, a new camera angle or a talent you never knew you had. This is an opportunity to work in your local area for one of the UK's most trusted brands as part of a collaborative team while handling a variety of pre-loved and both low and high-value fashion and textile items. We can offer you a purpose-driven role with 25 days of annual holiday + public holidays, paid sick leave, and career progression opportunities across the whole organisation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support customer service queries
  • Experience working to meet targets/ KPIs with excellent time management.
  • Excellent eye for detail with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.
  • Proficient IT and administrative skills (including Microsoft Packages and data entry in Excel).
