Online Rota Co-ordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a temporary Online Rota Coordinator, working 20 hours per week. You'll be the main point of contact for all SMI Staff.Care rota system queries, working mostly on site at the Hospice., You will support and train staff, update leave on the rota system and Iris Cascade HR system, arrange sickness cover and produce rota reports. You will be the main contact for SMI and Iris Cascade during work on an interface (API) between the two systems. This role is temporary for twelve months, during which time you will support the Hospice in assessing the requirements for long-term rota support after the API has been established.
