Full Job Description

Provide pro-active leadership and support for compliance activities in the region with a focus on Online Safety Compliance. - Evaluate and assess current processes to identify risks or areas of operational weakness and recommend and develop effective solutions. - Strengthen the compliance infrastructure through process and tools adoption and compliance metrics and reporting. - Provide training to employees on relevant compliance topics and drive training initiatives throughout the region. - Participate in compliance reviews and coordinate with the business at all levels to ensure implementation of appropriate corrective and/or preventative actions to close out issues. - Develop and maintain strong relationships across regions and be in synch with business developments, risks and issues across geos so as to take a consistent approach.

As part of the EMEIA Compliance & Business Conduct team, the Online Safety Compliance Professional will work with teams across Apple to deploy and enhance Apple's Digital Services Compliance Program. You will be a key resource to ensure cohesive communication and execution of compliance priorities and the execution of compliance best practices in the Online Safety space.,

  • - Experience in a compliance role or the online and/or child safety space., Proven, hands-on experience with implementing compliance programs for a large, multinational company.
  • Strong interest in compliance issues and willingness to research and understand applicable laws and regulations.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Good business judgment and excellence in problem solving.
  • Able to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications while being comfortable expressing a point of view and influencing change.
  • Able to multi-task across diverse business units and geographical boundaries.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop relationships across a virtual team.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with numerous people at all levels throughout the company.
