Full Job Description
Using GP systems (emis and s1) you will support GP sites with medicines related tasks, this may include but is not limited to:
- Discharge support (meds rec)
- General med reviews
- Supporting patient requests for acute and repeat meds
- Structured Medication reviews
- Safety audits
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic prescribing pharmacists to join our clinical team. If you are an IP with experience working in General Practice (essential) we'd like to hear from you. The is a remote working role suitable for candidates looking for permanent work.
