Onsite IP Clinical Pharmacist - Knowsley

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Onsite IP Clinical Pharmacist, to work full time for Pilch lane Practice within Knowsley PCN, this opportunity is available for highly motivated and focused Clinical Pharmacist, who will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day activities within general practice, while playing a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care and advice to patients focusing on best practice and adhering to safety guidelines., As a onsite Clinical Pharmacist you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside your general practice team as well as pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians within TPN. You will help resolve medication-related issues, help utilise skill mix, improve patient outcomes and support the improvement of access to healthcare.
