Here at AO our onsite marketing team are a fab and savvy bunch. It's their job to understand what customers are looking for and make sure we give them that information as quickly as possible, to help them make informed decisions about which products to buy. As our Onsite Marketing Assistant, you'll be helping us to deliver customer-facing advertising campaigns across our site. Working closely with Rhiannah our Senior Marketing Executive to manage the Onsite Planner, campaign plans, performance reports and actioning the weekly onsite ad changes.   • Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and assets for site campaigns
  • Assisting the Senior Marketing Exec to make sure the smooth running of everything that needs to be delivered in the next site update
  • Gather any outstanding information required for the releases within the pre-agreed deadlines
  • Schedule the release and build with the Ecomm Delivery Team
  • Testing the destination URLS in each release and checking accurate information goes live
  • Report and analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns
  • Communicate activity and outstanding information to team and wider business
  • Cover meetings with stakeholders in the absence of the Senior Exec on Fridays

  • Excel proficient - this is a big part of the role and will be a necessity
  • Ready to learn some brand new skills and improve on existing ones
  • Communication is key as we work heavily with other teams within the business and attend an array of meetings weekly
