Full Job Description

As a Pharmacy Supervisor based at the RVI, you will be the first point of contact for all Pharmacy staff for guidance and advice on a day to day basis.

You will quickly become an integral part of the team, with a large part of your week spent coaching and mentoring staff members. Your goal will always be to create a culture of high performance by managing the customer and patient experience to ensure that you and the pharmacy team provide an excellent customer experience.

With the assistance of the Pharmacy Manager, you will lead the efficient delivery of the pharmacy dispensing service and take responsibility and accountability in delivering contractual requirements including KPI's and governance standards.

To be successful in this role you must possess excellent relationship building skills, have an approachable and ambitious personality, as well as the ability to motivate and nurture those around you. Progression is readily available across the Lloyds Pharmacy Healthcare Services network, including the option to progress to a Pharmacy Manager position or to move as a Supervisor into a larger volume store within our community pharmacy network. To be considered for this role you must have the experience in customer service and the performance of teams.
Not essential but would be an advantage to hold a valid HCA and NVQ2 Dispensing qualification.
