Full Job Description

As a Senior Openreach Products Technical Specialist you will be an expert on all things Openreach, working with our internal and external teams to advise, upskill and drive compliance across the Openreach product set within our design and build functions. You'll manage and build relationships within Openreach in relation to products used by Virgin Media O2 and the Network Expansion division, ensuring these are adopted across Virgin Media O2 and Virgin Media O2 partners, driving quality and upholding standards and compliance to product specification. You'll be responsible for the delivery of any required updates on Openreach products, as well as analysing reporting data to recognise trends, helping drive higher quality more cost-effective build. Who we are

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Demonstrable proven understanding of PIA and the wider Openreach product set
  • In depth knowledge of the Telecommunications industry
  • Experience building and maintaining successful relationships with internal and external partners
  • This role will require you to lead training sessions on Openreach products so excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver technical information in a way which is understandable and engaging is essential
