Recognise and respond effectively to urgent and emergency situations, ensuring the best outcomes for patients.
Practice according to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), Health Professions Council (HPC), and Trust Code of Professional Conduct, guaranteeing a safe and high-quality service.
Collaborate with various departments to enhance the patient journey, promoting efficient and effective care.
Function as an autonomous practitioner, confidently making decisions to support patient and team needs.
