Full Job Description

We are seeking a reliable individual to help with our operations at the warehouse, which includes picking, wrapping, packing, and facilitating pickups from couriers. Often, the candidate will also machine embroider and laser engrave in house using our purpose-built machines. In-house training wll be provided, and the candidate will answer to the Operations Manager (former LCF masters graduate)

70% of this role will be the above tasks. 30% will be additional tasks, which are subject to the candidates preferences. For example, on occasion, the candidate may perform ad-hoc work at the St James's showroom, which can include design, marketing, photography, et cetera.

  • Can you describe, in no more than three sentences, any experience that you may have in working within the design, art, or fashion industry?

  • Can you describe, how, in a previous role, you were able to demonstrate responsibility and reliability? (e.g. I've had a retail role for two years where I was entrusted with the keys.)

  • Do you happen to have a hobby, passion, or interest in fashion, menswear, tailoring, art, footwear, et cetera (optional)?

We are a specialist British menswear and design company whose major clients are high-end couture brands, other menswear brands, and Savile Row houses to whom we supply luxury hangers, garment bags, footwear, and leather accessories. We also have a budding consumer facet and have built a steady amount of recognition in our consumer niche during the past two years. Many of our consumer clients are enthusiasts in our niche or HNWI.

The job is part-time and hours are partially set by the candidate (you may choose when to come in within some constraints). The estimated paid hours are 10-12 a week, over two or three days during the week (subject to preferences)

  • Experience in these tasks will be helpful, but absolutely not required. But, for this reason, fashion design, design, art students or anyone who shows interests in these tasks are particularly welcome.

Our warehouse design studio is located in central Camden, opposite the roundhouse and Camden Market. The studio is clearn, has a comfortable mezzanine level and natural sunlight. We currently have also have a shop in Central London, and additional hours are welcome, should the candidate require. The showroom and lounge is in St James's.

    Career and Career Development

The role is part-time, but may transition to a full time managerial or marketing role, should there be a skillset and experience match. Our company is growing, and we are always seeking to fulfil new roles.
