Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy and dynamic team as an Operational Data Technician

In conjunction with the Service Manager and Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for daily checking of data quality and exception reports from the Trust Business Informatics portal and addressing and or correcting queries.

If you are an efficient team player who has excellent communication skills and good attention to detail, this this could be the role for you.

To train and support new staff members with data inputting, including permanent and temporary staff.

To review the cancellation data and ensure it is consistent with the standards and reconciles this with the escalation policy on the day for cancellation.

To support explanation of all exceptions for inclusion in Trust accountability frameworks.

To deal with a range of queries in relation to Trust EPR work flows and data.
