Full Job Description

They will be an exceptional leader of people, with drive, vision, a strategic mind-set, clarity of purpose, proven track record of OD delivery and strategic thinking, an excellent grasp of HR and learning and development, and high levels of integrity. They will lead and support the delivery of our people plan, continuing to build on the transformation of our people function. They will lead on several major Trust-wide projects developing appropriate actions to respond to the various workforce challenges.
Working closely with colleagues to support collaborative working and develop and implement workforce strategies across the wider place and system.
With experience working as a senior HR professional in a large, complex organisation, you will have proven ability in leading, transforming and delivering a range of People services, leading culture change and cross-organisational workforce programmes. With the ability to gain credibility with a range of stakeholders including trade unions, you will have the ability to interpret and advise on complex workforce and cultural issues.
A forward thinking and innovative member and leader of our People Directorate delivering our People Plan and our transformational programme. Able to deputise across the entire portfolio of the Chief People and Culture Officer with the ability to build credibility with, inspire confidence and demonstrably influence staff at all levels across our diverse services.
