Operational Estates Manager

The Operational Estates Manager (Sunderland Royal) will be professionally accountable and responsible for the day to day management of the Estates Engineering, Specialist Services and Hard FM Admin Departments for Choice Facilities Services based at Sunderland Royal Hospital. Directly managing Engineering estates officers with responsibility for managing up to 50 staff across multiple sites such as Sunderland Royal Hospital, Sunderland Eye Infirmary, Durham Treatment Centre, Childrens Centre and various community premises. The post holder shall provide professional advice to the Estates Manager/Head of Estates to ensure that the Department delivers a comprehensive, effective and compliant facilities management service.
