Operating with independence and autonomy, your actions can be lifesaving when you consider the physical and mental challenges of people who often have a high dependency on drugs and alcohol and exhibit difficult behaviors'.The post holder will be responsible and accountable for delivering and influencing the delivery of a defined service. In doing
so, they will support the senior management team to deliver strategic targets and be responsible for the operational management of the service. The post holder will work to professional and regulatory body codes, standards and guidance at all times ensuring that their practice is grounded in evidence based theoretical and practical knowledge.
