Full Job Description
The post-holder will provide strategic leadership, operational and projectmanagement supportto the portfolio of services within the Collaborative Care Group, working closely with the senior management team within not only the Collaborative Care Group but also relevant mangers for Responsive and Healthy Lives where appropriate.
The post-holder will provide leadership to ensure the operational delivery and strategic development of the portfolio of services, working in partnership with key stakeholders across the system including ICB members, commissioners and other NHS Trusts to ensure an innovative and evidenced based services are is delivered which are compliant with national standards.

The post-holder will be responsible for the effective and safe delivery of the services and will monitor performance, key priorities, delivery and take appropriate actions as required, to ensure high standards are achieved.
The post-holderwill support financialmanagement responsibility for the portfolio of services, working closely with the Care Group Manager for Collaborative Care and the Finance Business Partner in this regard.
The post-holder will ensure flexible and agile workforce plans are in place to respond to the requirements of the portfolio of services, working innovatively to explore alternative workforce models ensuring that the principles are underpinned by a culture that empowers, inspires and motivates the workforce.
The post-holder will work closely withSenior Clinical Matrons and/or Senior Clinical Professionals dependant of the alignment of services, which will make up their portfolio.
The post holder will contribute to the Trusts Manager on Call rota.
