Operational Resilience & Governance Consultant (12 Month FTC)

In our continuous journey of growth and innovation within the Maritime Team here at Carnival UK, we are seeking Operational Resilience & Governance Consultant to bring fresh insights and expertise to our department. This pivotal role will involve:

• Support the delivery of strategies focused on protecting the organisation and delivering positive customer experiences
• Ownership and maintenance of Crisis and Business Continuity planning documents, plans and contact lists
• Identification of improvements to processes and procedures including operational resilience, readiness and support documentation
• Bring together and deliver administration processes to support the Maritime Governance team (Operational Resilience, Accessibility and the ISM team) to enable longer term improvements and efficiencies in this area
This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organization and is available on a full-time, fixed term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

• Experience of communicating with and coordinating groups of stakeholders of all levels
• Strong organisational and administrative experience and proficient in Excel and Microsoft 360
