Full Job Description

You will drive the safe, effective and efficient running of the department across its multiple sites. You will drive improvements within the service, share learning and best practice across the department and respond to patient feedback and complaints. Its a really exciting time to join the team as there are a number of projects underway to enable our expansion and to develop new services and locations to better serve the communities we work within. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the department. Full time is preferred, or a minimum of 30 hours a week., You will be a point of contact for all on the day concerns from patients or staff therefore problem solving, relationship building and team working skills will be instrumental to the role.

It is essential that you have excellent attention to detail, can prioritise and organise your own workload, create efficient and effective work flows, exercise initiative and independent judgement whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times., A can-do attitude is a vital asset at DHC and we are looking for like-minded individuals to work with us who share the same approach and work ethic.
