Full Job Description

  • Support the MoD customers to optimise their use of the Thales Multi Domain Mission Support System.
  • Represent the MoD users evolving requirements of the system to help shape the product development.
  • Bring and reinforce the understanding of end users on the use of Thales products and systems.
  • Bring a deep knowledge of operational activities, organisations, roles and decision-making processes of the customers and users when implementing Thales solutions and products.
  • Understand and informs others about the evolving trends of the strategic operational approaches and the future needs of the customers/users.
  • Contributing to bids and prospect and in-service solutions.
  • Raise potential opportunities for future Thales offerings.
  • Apply your experience to help devise compelling offers.
  • Instil the users' needs and aspirations into the solutions Thales provides to maximise operational merit.
  • Be a champion of the user's wants and needs within Thales.
  • Act as an expert advisor to Thales' Business Development teams by providing Briefings and Demonstrations of current systems and future direction to potential customers.
  • Maintain an understanding of customer's needs and requirements.
  • Improving and maintaining the overall customer experience of the Thales delivered products and systems.
  • Interface with existing and new customers and the projects to promote and exploit the maximum benefits and use of our products and systems, assisting the customers in their understanding of systems and synergies with future capabilities and offerings.
  • Support customer-facing meetings as required.
  • Supporting the business with operational knowledge and skills, to meet current and future business needs. Aid the development of staff through mentoring and coaching as requested or directed. Share knowledge to improve understanding of end user/customer needs and requirements.

    You will understand the underlying technical stakes and business strategies behind the different products and services offered by your scope.
