Full Job Description

The post holder will provide project and managerial support encompassing a broad range of activities across the Children & Young People department. This will include the monitoring and reporting of activity and waiting times information and data, management of administration staff and operational support. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of operational plans and manage performance by proactively leading and providing solutions to resolve operational issues or escalating where necessary.

The Children and Families Care Group is seeking to appoint an experienced, motivated and independently minded individual with a "can do" leadership style. The post holder will provide project and managerial support encompassing a broad range of activities across the Obstetrics, Gynaecology and ISH department. This will include the monitoring and reporting of activity and waiting times information and data, management of administration staff and operational support. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of operational plans and manage performance by proactively leading and providing solutions to resolve operational issues or escalating where necessary. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to work with the Clinical Director, Care Group Manager and team. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
